Forming part of the ‘Stateroom’ range by Stonehill Furniture Ltd, this circular coffee table dates from the 1960s. Made from solid teak, the table features an elevated circular top with removable glass insert which sits on a sculptural base raised on four feet. There are two labels on the underside - the model/marker’s label and ‘registered design’ label.
Structurally, the table is in very good condition and the teak has a beautiful, aged patina. There are signs of aged-related wear (which enhance the overall appearance of this piece) with some light scratches to the glass insert which are visible on close inspection.
