A solid teak chest of drawers designed by Preben Sørensen and dating from the 1960s. The four drawers - which all run smoothly - have veneered fronts and solid teak sculpted handles. The chest sits on later turned tapered legs. This set of drawers was manufactured by PS Randers Møbelfabrik - as evidenced by the paper label which sits inside one of the drawers - and may have originally formed part of a wall mounted modular unit known as the PS System.
The teak has a pleasing grain and rich patina and overall the chest is in very good condition with minimal signs of age-related wear.
